French Fries
I heard this tip at WW and have read it a couple other place, use butternut squash for french fries instead of potatoes. So, last night we had turkey burgers and squash fries. It was super easy to make, peel and deseed the squash. Then, cut into fry shapes. Place on a Pam sprayed pan and put in a 425 oven for 20 minutes. I didn't tell Brian what it was and he thought it was sweet potato. They were so good, even the kids ate them!
