New Creation
On WW, I can eat anything I want, which I love. I don't feel restricted when it comes to eating. I also LOVE hot wings. They are normally high in fat and calories though. Here's my alternative: poach some chicken breast and shred it up. Pour on a little hot wing sauce. I put it in a Flat Out Light Italian wrap with some spinach and lettuce with a little fat free ranch dressing. You could even add some shredded carrots and chopped celery. This is the way I get my hot wing fix without the fat and calories!
