Tuesday

Yesterday was a pretty average day. Hung out with The Littles all day, walked on the treadmill, cooked supper, went to Zumba, and went to stamp club at Sharon's. I only went to stamp club to get the new catalog, cause I was tired after Zumba. I can't wait to sit down with it today and really look through the catalog. I also got a new Taste of Home magazine yesterday I can't wait to look through.

I still have a couple things I am worrying over. Man, I really wish I wasn't such a worry wart.

Brianna's class is sending out Flat Stanley's. I wish we knew someone who lives in another state to send it to. I think it would be really cool for her to learn about different places through this project. I can't wait to hear what the kids bring in and tell about.

Edna Ann lives in Georgia as well as a host of my first cousins. What about Amos's grandmother in NY; I'll keep thinking, maybe I can come up with something. But I'm like Sonya, what is a Flat Stanley?

Okay Flat Stanley is a book about a boy who gets flattened by a bulletin board. He doesn't get hurt. His parents put Stanley in an envelope and send him to California to see a friend. It's a really cute book.

Nikki did Flat Stanley, and sent her's to California. It's really neat idea to see what comes back. She sent her's to a girl we ended up knowing through the 4-H Exchange Program. She lived on an almond farm and they sent little packets of almonds for all of the kids in her class. I know someone in Pittsburgh if you need her address, she would love it.
