"Hopped Up"

Bri and her friend, K, went to the Speed Street festival on Saturday.  K's dad took them up there to walk around.  While they were gone Alex and I hit the pool.  Bri bought some gummy bears while they were gone.  When they were on the way back, they wanted to come here swimming.  As we were walking to the pool they were acting silly and giggling when Alex looked at me with a straight face and said, "They are hopped up on Gummy Bears."
