YUM!

I just made this for lunch and had to share!  A friend at WW said yesterday that she tosses the bagged shredded broccoli slaw mix with shredded chicken and a sesame ginger dressing.  Well, that sounded good to me, but instead of the chicken, I quickly sautéed some shrimp and added it.  I used 2 Tbsp of the dressing with a cup of the broccoli slaw mix and about 6 large shrimp.  You could also add some extra shredded carrots to the mix!
