Weekend Update

We had a crazy busy weekend!  Friday afternoon the kids wanted to go the pool.  It was so cold, I didn't get in.  They had a good time though.  Bri's friend and her mom and sister met us up there.  They just moved into the neighborhood.  After that it was home for baths, supper and bed.

Saturday morning Bri went to her friend K's softball game.  When they got back to our house, we went up to Cragan's birthday party.  The kids had a great time playing outside.

Sunday afternoon Alex went to play with his friend in the neighborhood.  They were in class together last year, but P went to a different school this year, so we don't get to see him much anymore.  It was so cute!  Alex jumped out of the car and went running to P, and P came running down the driveway toward Alex.  I'm sure there was a lot of catching up happening.  He had a wonderful time at P's house!  He went to bed talking about what a great time he had.  Bri got her weekend homework finished while he was gone.  I'm trying to get her back into the habit of planning ahead and not waiting until the night before something is due.  This week she has her first band performance.
