What a busy weekend!
Friday night we had an induction ceremony at the middle school. It was scheduled to last an hour, but lasted less than 45 minutes. Alex said it was the shortest thing he has ever been to "in this place." We didn't even get roped into a conversation with the principal. Bri had a friend spend the night Friday night.
Saturday after I got the girls up and moving we ran a couple errands. We had to run out to BJ's and Target. It took forever to get to BJ's due to part of the road being closed. After we got the errands done and the house straightened up it was time for family dinner. My family came over and Sonya and I were in charge of the food. It was such fun having everyone here and the kids running around playing. It seems like we laugh so hard when we get together.
Sunday afternoon we just rested. The kids played around, but the adults rested up for the week ahead. I am proctoring EOG's at the middle school at least two day this week.
