Day 33

My volunteer gig on Wednesday afternoon is in a first grade classroom.  These kids and teacher are wonderful!  The teacher was Alex's teacher last year.  The kids are funny.  Today they told me about Vincent Van Gogh, whom he learned about in art Tuesday, and how he cut off his ear.  They also told me it was gory.  "Mrs. Taylor, did you know gory means bloody?"
