I worked at the Checkers game today to offset some high school band fees. I learned two really great things:
1. The light rail is THE WAY to get uptown! I didn't have to pay for parking or deal with traffic.
2. The Bobcats Arena, or whatever it is called, has something wonderful called Funnel Fries. It's funnel cake in the shape of french fries. They are served with a strawberry dipping sauce and powdered sugar sprinkled over.
