Not Feeling Well

I have not been feeling well the last couple of weeks. I have been eating like crap and generally not taking care of myself. A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, PCOS. It's basically a fertility issue that effects weight and blood sugar. Because of the PCOS I am predisposed for diabetes and have a hard time losing weight, unless I really watch my sugar and carb count. I need to be doing this daily, but haven't really gotten back in the groove since Alex was born. I have come to realize that when I take care of myself, exercising daily and watching my food intake, I feel better. Many PCOS patients will have gastric bypass to get rid of the weight. Several years ago, I went to a dietician and she really kicked me in the rear. I lost a ton of weight. I am starting back on my routine TOMORROW! I am tired and just don't feel good. Doing this is not a diet, I can still eat what I want, but I have to stay in my carb budget. That's exactly what it is, it is like a budget and I can't go over my daily allowance. I am getting back on the treadmill everday. So, here we go!
