Report Cards

Brianna got her report card today. I used to HATE report card day. I was not always the best student in the class, just lazy and I really didn't understand math. I still don't understand it. I remember dreading opening that report card and then taking it home to Momma and Daddy, then waiting for them to say it was good or waiting on them to let me have it, depending on the grades. Sometimes I would feel quite sick. We try not to make a big deal out of report cards around here. Brianna is an excellent student, but she doesn't get rewarded for good grades. I feel it is her job to go to school and do the best job she can, I don't get rewarded for cleaning the house or cooking dinner. Have a great day everyone!
