Weekend Update

We had a busy weekend. Friday night was Rock Group. We had a great full course lesson from Mr. David. I didn't realize how much I had missed the group until Friday night. We were missing a couple of people, but had a great time anyway.

Saturday started out early for me. Project 252 had a yard sale/craft sale/breakfast. My parents participated, so I helped them set up and hung out while they were there. I also ran across the street to weigh in at the office while there. I had another successful week, and am excited about that. After the yard sale we were home long enough for Brian to cook lunch and to eat. I am loving him cooking lately! Then we went to Carolina Mall so I could get some new shoes for the treadmill. Mine were worn out! There was more than one hole in each shoe. The lady at Rack Room Shoes was extremely helpful and got me into a good pair of jogging/walking shoes. Brianna also got a new pair of tennis shoes. She got a pair of slip ons and I think she will actually wear them! I don't know why she won't wear regular tennis shoes.

Sunday was church and then a quick meeting after. We won't have church next week due to the race. We will be having a service at Frank Liske Park on Wednesday. I'm so excited, it's a baptism service and I always love those. I think several of our youth are getting baptized. I need to get to making some cards this week to send to them.

Today starts EOG week for Bri. We had a good, lighthearted talk about it last night. I know that she is ready and will do an awesome job!
