Weekend Update

What a great weekend. Friday Brian was off work, but Brianna had to go to school. Brian had a computer to work on. Sonya had a nail appointment in Harrisburg, so Cragan came to play for a bit. I had just gotten off the treadmill when she came in and was very sweaty. She told me I needed a bath! Friday night Brianna and I went to the Good Friday service at church. April and Brandon were there. It was great to see them.

Saturday we did absolutely nothing. We were headed to the egg hunt at church, but it was cancelled due to rain and mud. So, we were really home all day. We hung out in pajamas and just relaxed.

Sunday was church. It was almost like being in my mom's church again. The band sang some old hymns, Brianna and I had dresses on, all I needed was a hymnal. After church we ran a couple errands, needed to go to Target, but it was closed. After that we were at home. The kids played outside, Bri took a beach towel and a book out and read all day.

Alex said this shirt makes him look like a grown man! Really, where does the kid come up with this stuff.

We are really looking forward to having this week off school. Bri is counting down the days to Tuesday. I told her we would go eat Chinese for lunch. She has been wanting to there for several months, but with her not having any days off school, it's hard to get up there. So, she is awaiting Tuesday! I'm just looking forward to our routine being relaxed and a couple "dilly dally" days.
