Bunny Funeral

The kids were just outside playing and found a dead bunny. Alex came running into the house, yelling, "GET YOUR SHOES ON AND COME OUTSIDE. THERE'S AN EMERGENCY!!" It scared me to death because I thought Bri was hurt. So, I got my shoes on and went running out the back door. They showed me a dead bunny. I asked them if I could just toss it into the weeds and Bri said, "No, we have to bury it." So, we got the shovel and I dug a hole. While I was putting the shovel back Alex said a prayer over the grave! It's just another one of those things: You never know what will happen around here.
