For supper I made ranch pork chops and rosemary potatoes and it was so, so good. For the ranch pork chops just coat your pork chops with dry ranch dressing and bake. For the potatoes mix 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, some chopped rosemary, oregano, and parsley in a bowl. Put quartered or halved red potatoes in a large gallon zip bag and pour the mustard mixture over. Coat the potatoes with the mustard mixture and bake at 425 until done.
