I've been having some pain in my hips when I walk lately and thought I needed new walking shoes. I went to Run For Your Life to see if that was the case and the guy who was helping me said he didn't think that was the case. He said he thought I had irritated them somehow and probably just need to rest them. Seriously?!?! I don't want to take any time off from the treadmill. It's my therapy! He said he thinks I need to really rest, ice, massage and stretch them out for a week or so. I guess taking a week off is better than really hurting myself, so that's what I will do.
I have found a TON of weight loss and Weight Watchers blogs. And, I'm always looking for new recipes, so I can't wait to dig into them and start reading and printing!
