Compared to last weekend, this weekend was very relaxed. Friday Brian had to go into work at 3am. He did get to come home at lunch time for the rest of the day. After he took a nap we explored the new area a little bit. We went over to Plaza Fiesta looking for work pants for Brian. That is one interesting place! The kids liked the fact that it was across the street from Carowinds and they could see the people on the rides. That's about the only thing they liked. Brian kept calling it the sketchy Mexican flea market!
Saturday we did some shopping. Brian needed work pants and the kids needed uniforms for school. I had a terrible headache so we came home for a small break so I could get it to ease off a bit. Then we headed out again. Robin and her girls came over for a while. It was nice to see them! I had a gravy making lesson for Robin at 11:00! We made biscuits and gravy. It was so much fun!!
Sunday we stayed home to rest up for the week ahead. I need to register the kids for school, since my license came in last week.
