I may have found the weird in the new neighborhood. I took this picture out of our upstairs window. This guy was on a pink scooter, with a dog tied to it with a super long rope. Oh, and his rope got under his front wheel and he bit it in the middle of the street. I'm glad the window wasn't open, so he couldn't hear me laugh!
