Kids say the darndest things. Does anyone remember that show? I used to love it. Yesterday at Alex's school, I took him to the book fair and got each of the kids a book. I like to try to get one from the teacher's wish list, if I can. Yesterday Alex picked out a Froggy book for his class and the teacher started reading it before lunch. It was about Froggy having a babysitter. He had a babysitter because it was his parents anniversary. Alex's teacher asked the kids if they know what an anniversary is, several of the kids raised their hands. The first little girl said it was when Mommy and Daddy need a break from the kids. Another one said it was when Mommy and Daddy go on a date.
I always like to ask Alex what he played on the playground during recess. Wednesday when I asked he said there was a queen, a policeman and of course, "I was the bad boy, because I have fast legs."
