Kids

I went to eat lunch with both kids today.  It was such fun.  I picked up Chick Fil A and surprised them both.

It was a good thing too. Alex was having a rough morning.  Said he got upset that he was afraid he was going to get in trouble for his drawing.  I think he was just overly tired.  When I went to wake him up this morning he was on the bottom bunk, but that's not where he went to sleep.  He woke up early Tuesday morning with a nightmare.  He had a dream that Richie shot him and turned him into a sleigh and he couldn't talk.  He woke up at 3:30 screaming my name.  Said he had to make sure his voice was working.

Bri is doing so much better at school.  Today was the first time I have eaten lunch with her in about 2 months.  She didn't ask or need me to come.  I just showed up with lunch.
