YUM!

The kids and I just came up with this.  It would make a great snack or dessert.

2 granny smith apples cut into chunks, as big or small as you like
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. apple juice

Mix all and bake covered until as tender or firm as you like.  When we took these out we added a tablespoon of vanilla yogurt and some chopped almonds.
