Weekend Update

We had a crazy busy weekend!  Friday I was between both kids school all day.  I started out at Bri's school helping in the store, then got conned into judging homecoming doors.  Then, I quickly ran through Wal Mart to buy groceries before having to go back to the middle school to help with homecoming dance preparations.  Then, it was off to Alex's school to tutor before heading back to the middle school to read a test to a small group of kids!  Alex sat very quietly while I read the test.  I was so proud of him, he didn't make a peep of a sound.  Bri went to her friend K's house to get ready for the homecoming dance.  There was a group of girls talking and laughing and getting all dressed up.

After a late night, we got up early to go to Cragan's last soccer game.  Bri had a birthday party to go to that night, so she had two late nights in a row.

Sunday both kids slept until after 9.  Bri slept until 11!  She was just so tired.  Sunday afternoon we didn't do much of anything.  Becca called to see if she and Robin could come over while Kaylee was at Scarowinds.  Of course!!  It was so, so much fun sitting here talking and getting caught up.

Monday was a day off.  We put a pot of chili on the stove and hung out in pajamas all day.  It was truly a day off!
