UGH!!!
Oh my gosh! I've decided to take control of my health and weight this year. I'm sick and tired of myself, tired of filling like crap all the time. I'm kicking around the idea of joining a gym or Y or something. Trying to find the right place to go is frustrating! Do I pick a gym close to the house? Do I go with the Y that is further away, but may have more stuff for me? I guess that is my mission this week, find what might work for me.
