It was a wonderful weekend!
When I picked up the kids on Friday I had every intention of running some errands. I made it to the gas station before it started storming. We headed home instead of running the errands. We made pizza hoagies for supper. Just open up a sub roll and top with whatever you want! It was super easy and the kids got to have pizza their way.
Saturday we went to the Siemens fish fry. They had bouncy houses for the kids to burn off some energy. When we got home I got a text letting me know that a friend of mine was in the area at her sons lacrosse game. Come to find out, it was up at Bri's school! I don't know that I have any words to describe how great it was to see her and her boys!
Sunday afternoon we were home relaxing, getting ready for the week ahead. I had my first strawberry and spinach salad for supper! It was delicious!!!
I just made these:
Sausage Pancake Muffins
Mix pancake batter like normal. Just add already browned off and drained sausage. Spray a mini muffin tin with Pam. Fill the tin with the pancake sausage batter. Bake at 350 for about 13 minutes. I made these tonight. We will have them in the morning with syrup and fruit!
