Parents

My parents came for a visit yesterday. My dad had a doctor's appointment in Charlotte, so they came over here after. Alex was so excited to see them and have them to himself for a while. Brianna was happy to see them too. My mom brought some of the jewelry she has made. I fell in love with a ring she made and am kicking myself in the butt that I didn't buy it from her. When it was time for them to leave the kids were playing in some leftover snow that was on the back porch. So, Bri hugged them both and Alex just hugged my mom. He wouldn't hug my dad. So Daddy dropped some ice into Alex's underwear. Instead of hugging Daddy Alex was trying his best to get the ice out of his underwear. He finally gave Daddy a hug, but it was hilarious watching him trying to get the ice out of his underwear!
