Monday was just such a Monday! I was tired and didn't want to get out of bed, but did. So, I'm doing this new thing with the church to get my self in shape. I have to say I didn't realize how much weight I have gained. It's quite depressing to be standing there weighing and getting measured. Anyway, yesterday I tried hard and did my best. I completed the day 1 workout of Couch to 5K and took an hour Zumba class. I sweated like a bad girl in church yesterday during both workouts. I don't think I have put that much into a Zumba class for quite a while. I was very proud of myself for running on the treadmill, I didn't stop and didn't pass out. I also ate the best I have eaten in the longest time. Today though is a big obstacle. It's McDonalds night at Bri's school. I'm going to plan ahead and get on their website to see what is the best option for me. I think if I have a plan things will be much easier. I also started a new blog. It's mainly for me to journal what I am eating and exercising and to really just vent about the whole process. I'm not sure I will share. On the other hand, it may be better to have the accountability. Still thinking that over.

Steph...I started the couch to 5K too! I did my 2nd run yesterday! I have done it before and it is awesome...but I'm a little older and a little more achy this time! We can do it!
What is the couch to 5K about? Never heard of it.
