Discouraged and Disappointed
I don't know if those are the right words or if I'm just downright mad. I've been working my butt off on the treadmill and at Zumba, watching what I eat and haven't lost a single ounce in two weeks. It just really ticks me off! Why waste my time on the treadmill and waste my money at Zumba if I'm not losing any weight!?!? What good is it doing? Just thought I would share my frustrations with the world.

Don't give up girl! Exercise is good for your heart! Keep at it. Another friend was frustrated too and then after 3 weeks 5 lbs dropped off.
You can do it!!
It's easier to give up, than to keep going. I feel your pain. You may think you have a great week, but alot can affect your wt loss. Also remember that you are working out more, and gaining more muscle, and losing fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. Also - slow and steady is the best way to go.

I tell you what a doctor has told me in the past: Get off your diet completely for a week, then hit it hard. It will jump start your metabolism back. Don't you give up! You're doing great.. and, have you measured? You may be losing inches instead of actual pounds.
Hang in there. I can tell it's working and like I told you earlier, you're probably losing inches when you are not losing pounds. You're looking better and the exercise is good for your overall health - not just weight loss. It will come off - just keep at it!! Mom
