We had a very busy weekend. Friday night we took the night off and watched movies on the couch. I know the kids and I really needed that.
Saturday Bri and I went to work out with Tiffani. Bri showed me up again. She can run circles around me, but she's only 8 and has a ton of energy. After our workout and a shower we went to Ikea. We had never been. I could have been in there ALL day. We didn't buy a lot of stuff, the big thing we bought was Brianna new sheets for her bed. She really needed new sheets. After all that and supper I went to Jenny's for some girl time. I didn't know anyone there, except Jenny, but still had a great time.
Sunday was church. Read the previous post. I do need to add something about that though. I think I was kind of in a haze during Brianna getting baptized. I don't remember some of the details. I do remember my girls being up there with Brian, Alex, Sonya, Amos and I. Those Middle School Girls were up there supporting my baby and me. Afterward, they were all hugging Bri and she honestly didn't know who they were, but I introduced them and they were just there for her. After church we went out to eat, Bri's choice. She chose Chinese! That girl can pack away some crab rangoons, she loves them. Then we headed over to Wal Mart to print off baptism pics for MawMaw and Nana. Bri needed new tennis shoes, so we were on the hunt. Finally found her some at Concord Mills. I got a new cookbook too (Hungry Girl: 200 for under 200). I'm in my first read through and am so excited to try some of the recipes. I normally read a cookbook once, then read it again and tag the recipes I like.
Ready for a busy day today and Zumba tonight.
