What a Day!!!!

What a day it shaped up to be! I took the kids to the $1 movie at the Gem this morning. On the way I called the pediatrician about Alex. His cough is getting worse and still feels like crap. They had a 1:30 appointment, so I snatched that up and on to the movies we went. The Tooth Fairy was playing and I have to say, it was good. We got to see some people we haven't seen in ages at the Gem, I guess that was the place to be this morning. After the movie we had quite a bit of time to kill, so we went to Wendy's for lunch and then went to the library. Brianna is reading like crazy this summer. Then, it was on to the doctor's office. After a finger prick to check Alex's blood levels and a strep test, the doctor diagnosed him as having a virus. I really hate that, they couldn't give him anything. Told me just to keep giving him Mucinex and Ibuprofen. Then it was home for some rest time.
