Avoid Judgement?

Often times I have questions in church. Wish I could raise my had and ask, you know, like in school. Or wish there was someone I could ask after service. Anyway, here's my question from today: Can you avoid God's judgement when you die? Jimmy made it seem like if you are saved, you avoid judgement. Just something that popped into my head during service today.
