Clifford

So, Brianna has had a stuffed Clifford since she was about 18 months old. I think when Momma bought it, the Clifford was bigger than she was. We even had to buy an extra in case something happened to the original. Anyway, when she was little and would have bad dreams I would tell Clifford it was his job to chase the bad dreams away. Alex had a bad dream early this morning and climbed in the bed with me. He's heard Brianna and I talk about Clifford chasing her bad dreams away. So, tonight Alex got the extra Clifford and I had to talk to him. I told him to do his job and chase Alex's bad dreams away. Then I kissed Clifford and told him to give it to Alex if he woke up scared. It's something I've done with the original Clifford for 8 years.

**** It worked! Alex said Clifford did his job and we need to take him out for ice cream!
