Forgot

I got so excited about how great our potato chips tasted on Saturday that I forgot to tell you what happened while I was making them. As I was cutting the potatoes on the mandalin Brian came into the kitchen with some Kevlar gloves and told me to put them on while slicing the potatoes! He knows how accident prone I am in the kitchen and I guess I was making him nervous.
