Yum!

I got this recipe from Sherry last week. We had it tonight and it was yummy!

Here is the copy of what Sherry sent. The notes are hers, mine will be at the bottom.

Rustic Italian Chicken
boneless skinless chicken tenders
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp Kraft Tuscan House Italian Dressing & Marinade
(I could not find this dressing so I used Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian w/Parmesan)
1 onion, sliced
1 Zucchini, cut in half then sliced
1 red pepper, cut into strips
sliced mushrooms
1 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce (I used Classico Roasted Garlic)....AWESOME
Shredded Italian Three Cheese Blend

Heat 2 Tbsp dressing, add chicken: cook 7-10 min on each side or until done. Remove chicken, cover and keep warm

add remaining dressing and vegetables to skillet, cook until done..stirring frequently. When done add spagehetti sauce and chicken. When heated through add some cheese on top and cover with lid to melt cheese.

I served this with whole wheat spaghetti and sauted spinach.
