I made the above recipe for lunch yesterday and it was quick and delicious! Skinnytaste is one of my favorite food blogs. I check it everyday. I also found another WW specific food blog. The writer is a diabetic and WW member. After I check it out a bit more, I will share!
I've got to get my butt in gear and take this WW thing serious. I'm so over not losing and looking for excuses. When laziness is the only excuse I can give. I haven't tracked my food in months and haven't been on the treadmill in weeks. For the past two days I've walked an hour each day.
