A Joke

Professional sports have become a total joke. The NFL and now the NBA are "locked down." Which is just a nice way of saying the owners and players are arguing over money. It's ridiculous. So many people are without jobs. Teachers are praying they don't lose their jobs due to budget cuts. I wonder if all this money these players and owners are making is making them happy? Or is the song right, "more money, more problems." When we were looking for houses, we were very deliberate in getting one within a certain price range. Robin said we qualified for twice the house than what we were looking at. I told her that the bigger the house is, the more time I have to spend cleaning. She said her grandma told her, "The bigger the house, the bigger the problems." Just had an idea for a new reality show: These million dollar players and owners have to live for 1 year on a teachers salary!
