Weekend Update

We had a busy weekend. Friday we ran a couple errands, that turned out to be more complicated than we thought. But, it was worth it and it's over and done with now.

Saturday we had Bri's birthday party in Harrisburg. We had it at the pool we joined earlier in the summer. That way her friend Lexi could come and not have to travel to far.

Bri's 5th grade teacher made her cake. It was an Oreo cake and it was so good. The leftovers are sitting on the counter and I have a hard time not taking a bite every time I walk by.

Daddy found a pile of pennies in the mulch outside the fence. He thought Brian put them there to bait him.
Picking up all those pennies wore him out!

The birthday girl and one of the Three Musketeers Lexi. Bri had such a good day and good time Saturday.

Sunday afternoon Bri and I went out to spend her birthday money from MawMaw. We were looking for shoes for school. We had so much fun! It was nice just being able to spend some girl time with her. While we were out the boys worked on the garage. It was just so cluttered, so now it is much more organized.
