YUM!
Yesterday we ran to Wal Mart to pick up a few things and we passed T-Bones on Lake Wylie. They have a sign beside the road and are always advertising one of their menu items. The item on the board yesterday was Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Bri and I both decided that sounded like a great idea for last night's supper. So here's what we came up with: We set up a breading station where we dusted our chicken with flour, dipped in Egg Beaters and then breaded with Panko breadcrumbs mixed with a LOT of Parmesan cheese. Then we baked it at 400 until done and browned. Oh my gosh, it was so, so good! We just used the Parmesan in the shaker bottle, but you could use real Parmesan if you want.
