Last night I made brussel sprouts. They didn't go over to well with Brian and the kids. I sauted some pancetta, which is an unsmoked bacon, and garlic. Then threw in shredded brussel sprouts. I liked them, but no one else did. When Brian walked in from work Alex said, "Warning, do not eat the brussel sprouts. They are nasty." I may try to get them to try them one more time by roasting them.
This time change has got Alex all messed up. He was awake and dressed at 5:50 this morning. Hopefully by the end of the week he will be adjusted.
