We had a really good weekend. We spent a lot of time together, which was nice since Brian has to work next weekend. Friday afternoon I went to Alex's awards ceremony. He got an award for good behavior! Good behavior people! Who would have thought the boy I worried about not behaving in school would get a good behavior award. I have some pictures to share later, the hard drive isn't cooperating right now.
Saturday Bri and I went to sign her up for a cupcake decorating class. She is so excited to take the class and learn how to decorate cupcakes. After we left SAS we went home to get the boys and went to Carolina Place Mall in Pineville. Bri had started reading a book at Books A Million Friday night when we were in there. She finished it Saturday at Barnes and Noble. For supper we tried a Mexican restaurant Alex's teacher told me about. It was good, not what we were used to at Casa Grande, but good.
Sunday Bri and I headed to Old Navy, they had a 75% off sweater sale! I got one Christmas gift, and picked up something for Bri and myself. Then we were just home reading, watching the race, and the kids did homework.
This morning Alex was talking about Pilgrims and Indians and what they ate at the first Thanksgiving. He said he bet they had turkey and macaroni and cheese. I told him they didn't have macaroni and cheese. He said he is sad for them, for not having macaroni and cheese.
