The Chick Fil A cow was at the middle school when we went to pick Bri up. You would have thought a rock star of some sort was out there. The kids were lined up to have their pictures made with the cow! Alex was all about it! Bri even got in on it.
I made a new recipe last night. It was so good! Here's the recipe for Healthy Sesame Chicken. It was so good! Here's a picture of my plate. You can see, I served it with brown rice and sautéed zucchini, onions, and mushrooms.
After supper we went to the middle school for a science expo. Some education students from Belmont Abby put it on for the kids. There was one that had some tattoos on her chest. Bri shared a little nugget of wisdom with us on this subject: "If you don't have a good place for a tattoo, don't get it."
