YUM!
I made the recipe for Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken that I posted last week. We had it as a lettuce wrap, just took a leaf of iceberg and wrapped up the chicken with some shredded carrots and cucumber. Some celery would have been nice in there. I didn't use all the wing sauce the recipe calls for. One kid likes spicy stuff and one doesn't. Anyway, this was yummy and will be on the menu again.
