Here are a couple new recipes I've tried over the last week or so.
These Creamy Chicken Quesadillas were so good and super easy. The kids took leftovers for lunch the next day. I served these with sour cream and salsa.
These Swedish Meatballs were so good. Bri and I could have easily eaten them all! Alex kept reminding us to save some for Brian. I added some sautéed mushrooms and onions to the sauce after it was blended. I served the meatballs over whole wheat egg noodles. Oh, and I used frozen meatballs, which totally cut down on the cooking time.
