Never Again

Last night Alex had a couple nightmares. Like, walking around crying nightmares. I went to check on him during the first one. He was in the bathroom, didn't hear me coming and cried harder when I spoke to him. The second one Brian was up, so he went to check on him. My idea of checking on one of the kids is, I go to their room, get them settled (sometimes wake them up), and get them tucked back in the bed. Brian on the other hand brings Alex to sleep in our bed. The kids normally don't do this! Now, we know why. Alex jumped and rolled and I don't think he got restful sleep the whole night. There may be a nap on the agenda for me this afternoon!
