Daily Post topic #72 is: What was your favorite class in college? My house is in utter chaos and is upside down, so I'm going to do a couple of these for a while a just schedule them to post. My OCD is just raging and I can't think straight enough to compose a coherent post.

Anyway, my favorite class at App was my child psychology. I majored in Elementary Ed. and have a minor in psychology, the joke is that I also have a minor in Elementary Art (I took one class 3 times until I passed it). I really liked all of my psychology classes. I feel like I learned a lot in them and they were really my favorite to go to. They were always the classes the I didn't need to do the extra credit projects, but did them anyway. My most favorite psych class was child psych. I learned so much in there. My professor was insightful and fabulous! She said in class once that when parents get divorced the kids should get the house, not the kids. They shouldn't have to pack up to go to dad's or mom's. I LOVE this idea. It gives the kids their space, it's their home. And divorce is so emotional for everyone, especially the kids, that if they don't have go to "visit" dad or mom it gives them some since of stability.
