Gratitude Book

I saw an idea that I may implement around here.  I was watching Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, which always makes me cry and within 5 minutes was crying last night and the mom and her kids have Gratitude Books.  Every night she sits down with her kids and in their books, they write what they were thankful for that day.  Now this mom's son has two blood disorders, and is the only person in the world with these two blood disorders.  One day her entry into her gratitude book was that she was able to leave the NICU with her son.  Anyway, I think it's a great way to think about the good things.  When everything is terrible, there are still some blessings in your day.
